When calling to activate your new debit card, and once your card has been successfully activated, please stay on the line to set your PIN number. The old card PIN does not carry over to the new card. It must be set up when you activate. There is a pause on the phone. The auto attendant will ask if you want to set or update your PIN, or if you did not receive a pin mailer stay on the phone to set your unique 4-digit pin number.
