A Message from the CEO

Dear Member,

As we progress into the last half of 2023, I wanted to take a few minutes to share with you some of the exciting things that are happening at your credit union. It will be a very busy and intense time for us, and we cannot wait to see the results of our hard work pay off for the benefit of our members.

First, we are in the process of upgrading our data processing system to a newer, faster, and more user-friendly system. We are confident that you will see shorter wait times at our offices, and much faster response times to your inquiries. Most importantly, however, is the fact that our new online banking platform is highly customizable. In fact, it is called, “IT’S ME 247” because it is all about you, the member! Our goal is to make your online experience the very best it can be. Our new mobile app will be state-of-the-art, and you’ll find that all your banking can be managed in the palm of your hand.

Our conversion date is set for August 5th – 7th. Please check our website for updates on the system upgrade, and feel free to talk with any of our staff. We are excited to bring new financial technology to our members, adding the benefits of greater convenience and more options to enhance your banking experience. One thing that won’t change is the personal service and our commitment to your financial success – we will always put our members first!
