UNLAWFUL INTERNET GAMBLING AND OTHER ILLEGAL
ACTIVITIES
Weyco Community Credit Union offers to its
members both the Visa Credit Card and the Visa Debit Card. As a card
applicant you agree that you are not and will not engage in unlawful
Internet gambling or any other illegal activity with your Weyco Community
Credit Union issued card. You also agree that you will not use any of the
accounts you open, any access devices or services we provide for unlawful
Internet gambling or other illegal activities.
Weyco Community Credit Union retains ownership of your card and reserves the
right to terminate any Debit and/or Credit Card used in the perpetration of
any unlawful act. We also reserve the right to terminate any account
relationships you may have with our credit union if any of these
relationships are used to engage in any unlawful Internet gambling or other
illegal activities. |
